I was advised by 111 to see a doctor, I got an appointment very swift service. The paramedic said I required antibiotics. However a very rude doctor did the same examination and said that I would be ok in 3-4 weeks and didn't require any medication. Absolutely inconsistent dangerous behaviour. The paramedic was great. The doctor was extremely rude.The doctor didn't care, in fact it felt as though he was mocking me for being ill.

The reception lady on 12/12/2022 @ 5pm was very unprofessional and has no compassion. I was late for a few minutes due to heavy traffic in rush hour for an appointment that I was trying to get for my daughter for 3 days. She refused to register my daughter and asked us to call 111 again to get another appointment.Although the service in this centre is by appointment only, everyone has to wait in the waiting hall for hours anyway.

The receptionist with the big nose and bracelets was extremely rude. After being referred by the royal infirmary she didn’t bother confirming with the hospital or providing any solutions as to how I could be seen. A disgrace of a human let alone a receptionist.

In the last two weeks we have had two appointments at the clinic. The most recent being yesterday, 19th Feb 2023. Both the receptionists and doctors were friendly, helpful and very organised. Both occasions diagnosis were made correctly. The first diagnosis was made after failed attempts by our own doctor to even get a face to face appointment and the second diagnosis was made correctly following an eight hour wait at A&E where we were sent away with nothing but advice when what was really needed was antibiotics for a poorly 8 year old with tonsillitis! Well done to all the staff for being helpful and thorough.

After calling 111 and getting referred to them, when I arrived half an hour before the receptionist turned me down and said they had no more appointments and my information wasn't on there. After seeing her clear away everywhere 10 mins before it shut and having no patients in there. She said to travel all the way to Loughborough or come in the morning. Not ideal

Best experience with a doctor and my little one. Very speedy, but treated with extremely good care and helped sort better medication while there.PLEASE KEEP IN MIND: This is a APPOINTMENT ONLY emergency centre. Only come if you manage to book in through 111. Most negative reviews have been sent wrongly by doctors without appointment or assumed it is a walk in.

Thank god for this place. After ringing my own doctors with no response yet again, we decided to take the chance on going here (walking in) to try and get an appointment for my son who has been seen here before (referred by 111) by a very nice doctor for an ear infection. Doctor told us to come back if it didnt clear up and this was the case.Receptionists are very helpful, kind and polite. Luckily we got seen this time by a doctor straight away who gave us lots of help and advice and listened to our questions. Thank you all.

Attended regarding my son, receptionist was fine but behaviour of the female Asian doctor that we saw was absolutely disgusting! She was of no help whatsoever, no idea why we were referred there when we had to go into a & e, (as 111 had initially stated), before a clinician called back to refer us here. The doctor was huffing and puffing because my son was not complying with all her checks - an unwell toddler not wanting to be poked and prodded is not unheard of! No compassion whatsoever! She then proceeded to question why I had not taken my son to the GP - clearly she is oblivious to how difficult it is to get an appointment the same day let alone the same week nowadays! Absolute joke of a doctor, would rather wait hours in a and e then be seen by her!!
