Very happy with my fitted air con installation. Steve gave very helpful and welcome advice and took the time to talk me through the process, even resolving an unexpected problem we had before work began. Installation was very professional and high quality, with areas left behind completely clean and tidy. The air con units are great and make a considerable difference to my employees and customers. Highly recommend this company.

Steve was friendly and very informative. I felt like we got a great service for our premises I’m happy to have them back for regular maintenance. He listed some repairs that he sees will be needed, but did not pressure me to make any quick decision.

I wouldn't waste your time - They don't seem to be able to get back to existing customers wanting more work.I first reviewed E&S in December 2022 when I had them install an AC unit to heat and cool my home office which was in a converted Garage (I've left that review at the bottom of this review). As you'll be able to see from the original review I fully expected to use E&S again to provide Heating and Cooling to my house and I had them round in April 2023 to look at the house and see what they might be able to do.They came round a couple of times to get information and suggested that my original idea of just having a AIR" heating/cooling system may be too expensive to run and that I'd be better keeping a 'WET' system for heating and then have an additional cooling system. But they would look at the numbers and get back to me with options.We are now in September - 5 months later - and despite me chasing a number of times they have decided to ignore me. They haven't even bothered to come back and say that they can't find a solution. They have just left me waiting for 5 months without a response.The only real response I got was 'sorry not enough hours in the day now it's warm' - Which is why I'd approached them in the Spring!In summary I wouldn't waste your time with E&S - If they can't even communicate with past customers that had publicly given them a 5 star review and now want more work - Then I'm not sure what response you'll get as a brand new customer.Review comments from the initial work from E&S in Dec 2021Brad came and installed my new Air conditioning system yesterday. I can’t recommend Steve and his team highly enough. Steve came out promptly for an initial visit, explained my options clearly and quoted me a fair price. Then, understanding the urgency of my situation he went beyond the call of duty by pulling out all the stops to get me air conditioning as quickly as he could.

First time we have used E & S Mechanical to service our air conditioning at our office. Great friendly service. Efficient and quick with minimum disruption. Happy we now have a maintenance agreement set up with them. Highly recommend.

Great Team to Work With...did incredible job with our Garden centre ventilation. Guided us through all project with weekly update meetings, helped us value engineer aspects of design without compromising quality, and most importantly delivered on time for our company.

We have used this company for all of our recent Air Conditioning maintenance and new installations, the most recent being a complete refurbishment in a commercial property in Colchester. Having being let down by a previous contractor, Dave and his team at E&S Mechanical stepped in to ensure the project was delivered and completed by the deadline date to enable new tenants to move in. Project was valued at approx £85,000. This Contractor is extremely easy to deal with. The Engineers are Enhanced DBS Cleared, which for a School is essential. The service we have received is excellent! I would recommend
