Good prices on the gear we wanted. Delivery takes two days by Royal Mail 48 but is tracked and free and you get an email telling you it's on its way and also that it has been delivered. Have no hesitation in recommending them and will certainly order again. Thanks...

Stock control is variable - things that the website says are in stock then aren't. Customer service is excellent though so you're never out of pocket for long.Really good for non-urgent items. I won't be using them for stuff I want quickly but they're always my first choice.

Bought Altura nightvision Tornado from Cyclestore website - material is very poor quality, too breathable (dissipates all body heat even with vents off) and not waterproof at all!My previously owned altura Hurricane bought from Certini website was way better quality and cost me the same price on sales - shame it had a big rip after a bike accident.It gets dirty very easily and dirt is impossible to clean off! Design is good for cycling but jacket original pink colour is horrible and way stronger and fluorescent than on website. Reflective panel doesn't cover bottom of rucksack - if wearing one while cycling...Strongly regret getting it so won't buy anymore from this website as I don't trust it's quality anymore!

There is a problem with the company's products, not only is no one willing to remedy it, what's more serious is that there is a pete who has made the company's goodwill worthless to customers!
