My dog is used to being home with me most days. So finding somewhere I trust & feeling like a home from home was very important. He goes straight in, not a backward glance & makes a big fuss of the people in charge.I trust my dogs instincts !Thank you for taking care of my precious fur baby, we wouldn't trust him with anyone else ❤

We were recommended Broomhill Farm by a friend, and we were quite apprehensive at leaving our 6 month old puppy with anybody whilst we were on holiday. Fortunately, they had a last minute cancellation to fit us in during the August summer holiday, which I expect is very rare!The staff were very reassuring right from the outset, and remained in regular communication with us whilst we were away. They sent photos and videos, which was very reassuring, and our pup seemed almost sad to be leaving when we collected her. She was clearly VERY well cared for, and given lots of snuggles during her stay. We would definitely use Broomhill again if required in future, and would recommend them to anybody without hesitation.

My Akita's, were so happy here. I have used other kennels in the past but my dogs definitely prefer Broomhill. I can tell they were looked after and loved. I will never let them go anywhere else. Thank you Broomhill, you have given us peace of mind.

6 years ago, I adopted a dog called Crystal from Broomhill Farm, Crystal had a bad temperament with other dogs due to her past owner taking part in dog fighting, but a lovely heart and caring nature towards other people, from the second I saw her I knew I needed crystal in my life and thanks to the staff here, I was able to take crystal home with me there and then (on the condition I got her spayed) over the last 6 years, I have moved house 3 times had a son and crystal has been there through it all, she has been my best friend and I'm sad to say, that unfortunately crystal was diagnosed with cancer earlier this year and had to be put to sleep yesterday.It's a very difficult time for me and my family, but thinking back and reminiscing over the last few years I remember that I never once thanked Broomhill Farm for letting me take crystal that day.from the very bottom of my heart, I thank you and I only wish I could do more to show it. you gave me a best friend and an irreplaceable family member.

Would definitely recommend Broomhill Farm - they are a lovely group of people who take really good care of your pet and seem very passionate about what they do!We searched for a long time trying to find a boarding kennel for our slightly nervous, ball obsessed collie, Bowie. When we found Broomhill Farm we were so relieved. They instantly made us feel at ease, and we have never once worried about him when he's been there.He always just trots in with no worries (he doesn't even look back) and he always comes home happy.The staff really listened and understood Bowie's 'quirks' and we're really reassuring. I wouldn't leave him with any other boarding kennel now. The standard of service is so high here.We're moving house soon, quite a bit further away from Broomhill Farm (sadly) but we will still be making the journey to drop him there as they really are great!!

We have used Broomhill for our collie a few times now for various lengths of stays and we never have any worries leaving her. They're an amazing bunch! Our dog is always excited to go, doesn't even look back and when we pick her up she's more interested in going back inside to play. I can tell she is well cared for there - she always gets back home and sleeps for the day which she doesn't do unless she's exercised well. She always comes back clean and we never have concerns about her overall condition after a stay. We also really appreciate that they take her diet seriously - she's a dog who was a very sick puppy due to food allergies and IBD. We've had issues with another dog care facility where they were repeatedly feeding her foods that would make her quite ill, even after telling them repeatedly not to do so, so it really means a lot to us that the team at Broomhill take the extra time to get it right and keep our dog happy and healthy!

This is a wonderful home from home for your dogs if you are away or travelling. The staff provide a first class service and the dogs are so well looked after and cared for. You receive regular ‘pupdates’ and photos online and it’s clear the staff really get to know the dogs and their needs. We wouldn’t take our two Parson Russell Terriers anywhere else. A wonderful team of animal angels.

My girls absolutely loved it and didn't want to leave, in fact as the dog walker and carer walked away one of my Rotties turned to follow her back to the kennels. I can highly recommend this place. I was quite worried about leaving them as they are only 8months old and half trained but Jenny put my mind at rest. I will definatly letting my girls have a holiday here again.
