Top class plumbing and heating wholesalers ,nothing is too much trouble

It says 'Plumbers Merchants' on the outside. Should actually say 'Rip off Merchants'. Every time I go in here I pay at least 3x what others charge. Tried to open an account a few years back and they were so disorganised they didn't manage to even get back to me despite me chasing. My company currently spends £30k a month at Wolseley and my branch knows how to look after their customers. I've literally just paid £20 quid here at BBS for 2 x gas meter union's that would have cost £6 quid anywhere else. Not the first time this has happened to me either - paid over the odds for a couple of Nests a month ago and the month before that ripped off once more for some fittings. Don't go here unless you know the guys behind the counter already or u got no chance. I can't see why they're not eager to provide good prices to people who are potential customers - I shouldn't have to beg for it, businesses like this should be actively trying to entice trade customers in with fair prices, every single visit. I will go out my way to never use this business again.Also - never seen a place charging 2 separate prices for the 2 x bits that come with a gas meter union. Unbelievable.
