A1 Blinds

Do not use. Ordered blinds then told 2 weeks for it to be fitted. They arrived with wrong fittments said he would contact office to have them sent urgently and they would contact us about fitting them the next day (Saturday). As he went to leave said it could be Monday. No call over the weekend we contacted them on Monday as looked as though they would not contact us. Said they would check and get back to us, two hours later just been informed it would not be till the end of week before they get parts so not even a date for fittment. now going to seek legal advice as this is breach of contract.

Quite simply my blinds were ordered and fitted with the minimum of fuss and I am very happy with result. I believe it is worth noting that Cath, in the front of shop was excellent and ensured I knew exactly what was going on... from materials to fitting. The company is also very lucky in the very personable and efficient fitters.

Watch out for hidden costs as what was agreed is not what was installed. In addition advise given was very bad as it was difficult to access opening and closing. Maybe one should pay a little bit more and get a proper service with peace of mind without having to call them out and incurring extra costs. Bad experience.
