Absolutely disgusting service, the staff in a world of their own. I asked for some help on the sizes on jeans the girl didn’t have a clue. Went to ask someone else but couldnt find anyone it’s like playing hide and seek. The manager is rude, he doesn’t have a clue what his doing, better off buying online so don’t have to deal with them

A great shop with lots of nice clothing. The shop is well laid out with plenty of room to walk around and shop. The prices are not too bad. Unfortunately the changing room and children's section was closed due to an electrical fault.

Customer Service was the worst I have ever had. Nobody on the till upstairs. So I went down stairs. 5 people cueing up. Only one person on the till and the person on the till could not find a price on an item. Spent over 15 minutes in the cueing. I am registered disabled and use walking stick. It was killing me standing for so long. There was 4 members of staff on the ground floor just laughing and chatting. Why not put one of these members of staff on the till. MANGO take care of your customers. Shameful.

Staff in store were helpful, but unfortunately at the same time, it was a member of staffs carelessness that cause us to do back twice after an online order was refunded incorrectly. It then took a lot of energy, time and explanation to explain why we had not received a refund.

Went into bullring Birmingham store twice now and both occasions the staff have been sooo rude!! Wont tolerate this sort of rudeness from staff i am spending my hard earned money on! Also noticed the manager speaking to another customer and rolling his eyes as she walked away with a issue she clearly also had! Disgraceful behaviour! Need to recruit friendly staff!!!

Customer service is non-existent. I have now been twice to the store within 10 days and the assistants both times were rude and cocky! I have been a loyal customer for many many years but I don’t accept to be treated like that. I will only be buying online from now on. What a shame, such behaviours are ruining the retail experience.
