Excellent pet medical care service. Great staff!

I went there once before and I thought I try it again. But just the same I will not go back but the staff are ok thay try there best .

Very rude vet. Will not be visiting again.The receptionists are lovely though!

This surgery is new to me as I've not long moved to the area and I couldn't be happier the staff were very cheerful and helpful, my appointment was not hurried and the vet took time to answer any concerns I had. It was also much cheaper than my previous vets which was a big bonus as we are all looking to save a few pounds in these tougher times . I phoned for a non urgent appointment and was seen within a few days, that suited me fine , also an added bonus on my previous vets who can be very busy at times making it hard to schedule an appointment. I have made follow up appointments while I was there with no problems at all getting the dates I needed . They appear to run many services here that you don't find at alot of vets probably because of their practice size limitations.

Really friendly staff, easy to park. Vet was excellent, gave a full run down of what he was doing and my cats were well cared for.

Have been really happy with the service we have received at this vet. From the friendly girls answering the phones to the vets who cared for our dog(s). We sadly had to rush one of our dogs here one day and long story short she didn't come home with us, but the staff were really good and even though with current regulations customers aren't going in, they were able to accommodate us as we said our last goodbyes. We even got a lovely card from them a short while later.Their prices aren't, in my opinion, bad either, although I haven't had much experience in pricing they seem less than what good old Google has quoted for average costs in the UK!And again, the staff have been lovely, even offering advice on the phone etc. Thanks!

Excellent service as usual. Been with them for a few years now and they have always provided the best care for my pets ❤️
