I was told I could come and have it cut to size while I am there, when I arrived it was after 4.30 pm due to traffic, I did phone first before to confirm, I spent 40 minutes geting there, then I was told to have it cut to size for £16.80 I have to arrive before 4.30 pm to have it cut to size, this was not explained before on the phone call.So I said give me a larger pice I'll cut it myself, or an off cut can't do that come back on Monday this was Friday,it's an elderly lady that answers the phone and you see at the reception, not very good at it, answering the phone she said HELLOW but not would expect from a company, anyway went on line ordered a larger size than I wanted for the sun of just £3.00The size I wanted was small width 93 drop 29 on line I ordered the same product over twice the size for only £3 fre delivery in 2 days.Not a professional company And expensive.

Good service but If they tell you 3mm poly is too thin and can't be cut down to smaller size by yourself - go and buy yourself a fine handsaw or oscillating multitool :)

This place used to be friendly and helpful and I enjoyed purchasing from them. Not so any more staff are indifferent and unhelpful going forward I'll be finding another supplier.

They are not willing to cut plexiglas unless it was originally purchased from them. Not very helpful, and no apology or other guidance offered.

Excellent service here. I needed a piece of perspex cutting to size asap as a temporary repair for a broken window and they got it sorted in no time. Wholeheartedly recommend.

EXCELLENT SERVICE. Within 15 minutes of arriving we had dealt with the paperwork and payment, had our red acrylic sheet cut to two the sizes we had requested and then a member of staff helped to load it in to our car. Job done !! Super impressed with this place. Professional and efficient. Thank you to the three members of staff that dealt with us on Monday 13th August.P.S. it looks great in our kitchen.

Phoned Easter Road Plastics and spoke to Mark,regarding a sheet of plastic for a bath panel. My wife went the following week and the guys could not have been more helpful,they showed her various samples and recommended what was required (I.e bendable piece) they cut it to size and even placed it in the car for her. In my wife's experience they are a first class company with first class employees. Many thanks to your company for going above and beyond.
