Space NK Brighton

I'm a regular customer of SpaceNK, but shopping only online these days. After visiting this store 3 times, each time with a specific list of products from their own website and seeing confused faces of sales staff who appear to never have heard any of the brands I was looking for, I see no point in going to the store. The last time I failed to get what I was looking for was when I went to buy masks that fit the (rather expensive) device I purchased from them a few weeks earlier because it doesn't work with any others. Out of 6 currently listed on the website, they had none in store nor have they heard the name of the brand!

I wanted to upgrade my makeup bag so took a trip to Space NK. I was served by Sarah who was so helpful and spent a long time with me finding the right products. The makeup she did was also really nice. Thank you for your great service.

Only time I've ever been in there but staff were very helpful and item bought was gift wrapped. Not cheap, but you probably knew that anyway. Only two other customers while I was there, so I don't know what it would be like when busy. I was buying a Christmas gift and I would use again.

Staff not very helpful. I went online before going there to make sure they stocked my item, and according to their website they did. When I got there I was told I had to order it in and it would arrive in 2 to 3 days, this was after a desultory search out back. No apologies for this not being made clear on their website and a definite lack of interest on the part of the staff members.

I've shopped in the Brighton store for years, 20 plus and recently havr mostly shopped online as the service in Brighton has really gone downhill, especially since the manager left earlier this year. I don't get the personal service anymore, it's very rushed, not rude but not the same anymore. I spent around £120 and had to ask for samples. I was offered a tiny squirt of a mask which to be honest is really insulting. The store was short staffed and it was busy so perhaps not the fault of the sales assistants. This store really needs to up its game especially when selling high end cosmetics and products, which I really love !

My mum and I have a tradition of coming here whenever she is in town and I cannot rave about the team in there enough. Friendly, so so so helpful and never pushy. Today we were looked after by Beth and she was a DELIGHT - lovely stuff and thank you Beth!

Had a really lovely experience coming into story yesterday! The lady that helped me was so helpful and chatty! Couldn’t have asked for better experience!

Manager in this store is truly HORRIBLE- and absolutely should not work in customer service. My partner came in to process what should have been an easy return- but the manager kept whispering things to the assistant (but not asking my partner who could’ve answered), and essentially made my partner feel like she was trying to defraud the company (she wasn’t - she was just trying to return an unopened product that she had the receipt for, but had bought the day before it was reduced by 25% for Black Friday). The “simple” return ended up taking almost 10mins, and she ended up leaving almost in tears as the manager made her feel so upset and unwelcome.Don’t bother trying to come in if you’re disabled or have a pram with you - not enough space and the staff won’t try and assist.

Just popped in with my teenage daughters on a weekend trip from London. Found staff aggressive and unhelpful. Was sold the wrong product in the end. Will most certainly not come back.
