Moving to Bedford I was looking for yoga classes. Found Lauren, an amazing yoga teacher. Brings calming energy to each class. Each class, I leave feeling grounded. Would highly recommend Lauren an excellent yoga teacher. So glad I found you Lauren.

Wow what an amazing teacher with some awesome modern techniques. Collaborations with some other fabulous people in the community and yoga for teens.If I could afford every class I would go to them all. Wonderful energy Lauren has, I always leave class intensely relaxed and well stretched ❤️❤️

She'll give you a reason to love Mondays!! I have been to yoga before but have never enjoyed it like I have with Lauren, she truely is an amazing teacher and the sense of calm and groundness that her classes leave you with last until the next class! Absolutely recommend 10/10 experience

Love Lauren's yoga classes. Challenging enough to help you build strength and surprise yourself, but lots of modifications always available. I particularly love Embodied Flow classes - the fusion of yoga and dance speaks to my soul!
