When Gail Bond first showed me round the house I was very interested in buying, she shared my enthusiasm, adding her own ideas about how we can definitely have a great life here. She was always available, had no trouble in arranging a couple more follow-up visits to measure up for blinds before moving in, and communicated really efficiently throughout the whole process. I would highly recommend Gail and there was nothing I could have asked her to do more than she already had offered. Her positivity was outstanding and made the whole process seamless.

The worst experience - they wanted to take almost £300 from our deposit when we’ve been moving out from the rented house. Nicky, who we spoke to, was rude and unhelpful. Thank God for the deposit protection scheme! We managed to get our money back after disputing charges through the TDS portal. Never again dealing with Martin&Co and wouldn’t recommend them to anyone unless you want your deposit stolen due to made-up reasons

Gail Bond at Martin & Co sold my late grandfather's bungalow in July 2023. Despite tricky market conditions and a lengthy Probate process, Gail not only secured a trouble-free buyer, she also managed to negotiate a sale price better than the original asking price when two different buyers made identical offers. Given that this sale was due to a family bereavement, Gail handled the sale tactfully and professionally. She kept us informed throughout the whole process and was extremely prompt in replying to our emails. I can highly recommend Gail at Martin and Co for a superb service.

As first time buyers with two previous house purchase that fell through we were a bit disillusioned by estate agents and the house buying process but I have to say Gail really went above and beyond to make this a positive experience for us.
