Synergy Dental Bury

I cannot praise this dentist enough, staff are nice and put you at ease and my Dentist Cash was amazing. He explained everything all the way through the processes and work completed. I have anxiety about dentists but put me at ease from the first visit and my teeth are now brilliant. Given me my confidence back. 5 stars from me !

I had an amazing experience at synergy dental clinic under the care of Dr Razvi. I have a daunting fear of needles and get uneasy rather quick; so put off getting the treatment I urgently needed. However, I was immediately put at ease by him and his team who made my well-being their utmost priority and took the time to ensure all was okay. The procedure ran smoothly and I hardly felt a thing! Completely changed my perspective and helped me get over my fear in a professional and genuine manner.

Very impressed! Heard good reviews from this place and when I booked in it was definitely worth it. The dentist was very professional and he took his time with everything and explained everything to me thoroughly. The aftercare is brilliant too. This will definitely be my regular dentist from now on.

Practice has a real lack of respect for people's time, I have had approx 3/4 appointments all rearranged at short notice (1 or 2 days).The one appointment I did have was 40mins later than scheduled, my appointment was mid afternoon - I feel as though this could have been communicated by phone or text message, as it meant I was away from work for an additional 40mins than planned.The online system allows you to book appointments when the relevant practitioner isn't in the practice, eg I booked a hygenist appointment but the hygienist didnt work on that specific day, this appointment was booked well in advance yet I was only contacted the week of this appointment, and the receptionist that was rearranging was a little rude and implied the error was my fault.On the occasion I visited, the receptionist was really busy on the phone, she was on her own and also trying to process a payment. Having already had difficulty I wanted to book in person rather than online but this was another 10 minute wait.Bad management lets the practice down, as majority of staff are otherwise helpful.

Dr Aquila has been amazing throughout my journey at Synergy, she always makes me feel super comfortable and is amazing at what she does. The synergy Dental Bury team are all lovely and helpful every time I visit. Thank you so much for everything!

I have recently attended Synergy, after many years of not seeing a dentist anywhere, so I was very frightened and embarrassed, but I was immediately put at ease by Kashif the dentist and his colleague (sorry I don't have your name) who gave me a plan of care.I have since been to see the therapist Shrina and dental nurse Lucy, who again put me at ease.I would highly recommend Synergy for their professionalism and knowledge.I must include the girls on reception as they greet you with a smile, on entering the building.Well done Synergy Bury keep up the good work

My care & treatment for Invisalign Aligners at Synergy Bury with Aquila has been exemplary. I’m currently about 2/3 wks away from completing my treatment and already I am over the moon with my results. I’m so happy I chose to get my teeth straightened. I’ve had no discomfort and added bonus it’s stopped me snacking…few needed pounds off the waistline. Thank you!

I’m so impressed! Such an amazing place - the dentist made me feel so comfortable and explained everything to me so well! My tooth came out well! Didn’t feel a single thing, the after care is also amazing and I’m not in any pain whatsoever.
