Very good company to order from. Credit card option doesn't include PayPal and AMEX. Ordering system is easy. Customer service on the telephone is good. Once the delivery date is confirmed your email/phone will be busy as they don't let you forget you owe them the balance! Delivery on the day is excellent. The location of the van is constantly updated and offers accurate time of arrival. The gent who delivered was skilled in maneuvering very heavy items and will try to place it at a point of your preference. He also meticulously checked all items to confirm nothing was missing. The experience would have been even better if the company could recommend tradespeople local to your area who could build these.

We ordered our cabin at the beginning of the first lockdown and spent a sunny week in April building it. We absolutely love it! Everything was delivered on time and with not a single problem, no missing pieces and a full set of comprehensive instructions. We would describe ourselves a competent DIYers and we managed with no difficulty what so ever. First class product and excellent customer service.

Bought a shed from Dunster House around a year ago and after an easy construction it's just as good now as when we first installed it. Quality t and g walls and supplied with adequate supplies of screws and fixings, it was really easy to put together and only took around a morning before being able to use it. I've left it until now to give it another coat of preservative to allow the wood to fade a little more to the same colour of our existing shed but the original treatment is pretty good when it is delivered. They only thing I would have liked would have been a better grade chipboard for the roof and floor but they are both as good as they were a year ago so time will tell. All round a really good shed at a great price.

I bought an Avon log cabin in March. The organisation of the delivery was exactly as arranged. Everything was there even including some spare lengths of wood in case of mis-cutting (not needed though). The assembly was absolutely straightforward, everything fitted together perfectly. The finish is top quality. We installed a hot tub in ours and it works perfectly for our needs. Definitely good value for money and built to last for many years. Very pleased.

Needed a challenge and something to keep me busy during lockdown.Ordering and delivery excellent, website provides lots of information.Actually built on my own (female) and found the instructions easy to follow.I labelled each part with the instruction codes, made it so much easier.Would definitely buy from Dunster again.

Though this really was a very expensive investment and there are cheaper options, it is clearly in a class of its own Service excellent, cabin very sturdy and everything went together well. LOOKS AMAZING. Staff were very helpful and the cabin is solid, airtight and looks pretty indestructible. It does take more than one person and I would say it wouldnt ' be easy for a total novice, but once the founds are totally square, it built up really quickly.

The customer service at Dunster House was great. The team were really helpful with queries and the product arrived and is really well made. We are almost done with the landscaping to finish up and are really pleased with what we have. I think this will be used for many years to come.

After an extensive online search and comparison, I settled for a log cabin from Dunsters and I haven't been disappointed. Very helpful customer service and easy ordering and tracking system. Smooth delivery process and extremely pleasant and helpful delivery drivers. No issues with the materials or instructions, pleasantly surprised how well everything went together. Great quality building....very impressed from start to finish! Wouldn't hesitate to recommend Dunsters!
