Came as a Family of 4 got 2 burger meals10mins before other two. Burgers only just warm n onions ring hard and inedible. No music on it was too quiet and all the waiter said about food was oh sorry about that!

Waited 45 mins as the kitchen had a problem.Ordered breakfast waited around half an hour.Food was cold toast was rock hard!Could see it had been sat under the lights in the kitchen for a good while.Waitress asked if everything was OK but we explained it wasn'tBut by then we had been sat there for two hours so just wanted to leave at this point.

Place was busy with the nice weather and the staff were brilliant and friendly. I was disappointed with the food though.

Although we had a little wait for food (they were super busy) it was still pleasant and enjoyable and the staff were lovely. They really couldn't do enough and the manners they had were impeccable. Lots of young and older people alike enjoying their free time, was lovely and clean too

Me and my wife went for Sunday dinner we ordered the roast beef. While waiting for the food to come we was very concerned about the amount tables sending food back around us. when the food arrived we realized why. The stuffing ball was cold and the Yorkshire pudding was actually still frozen I mentioned this to our server. She immediately took the plates away. She brought two new plates five minutes later which was a lovely meal. Why can't this be done first time. Surely It will save you a lot of money?

Fridays deal on the burgers... beautiful........Update? I have just come again for the Friday deal, and I feel so disappointed... the burgers were burnt at the edges and just cooked on the inside. The burger bun was tough and one teeny peice if lettuce. A few scraggy chips.. That's it.. I ate it as I was really hungry, and it was still edible but a very noticeable change from 8 months ago.. sign of the times, I suppose. If it was the full price, I would I sent it back. Service was still brilliant and polite staff.

We had pre booked a table , when we arrived and was seated we noticed that the table was dirty , so had to go to the bar and ask someone for a cloth so we could clean it , the lady came over straight away and cleaned it , so not a good start ,It was mid afternoon and was not busyMy husband ordered the 15 oz gammon , it looked well presented and he enjoyed it .My granddaughter ordered Mac and cheese which was served with salad , the salad was fresh and she enjoyed it , the Mac and cheese looked like it had been thrown in the dish from afar and was dried up and only like warm .I ordered the Xmas Dinner , the turkey was beautiful and tender , the vegetables were thrown on the plate , cauliflower , carrots , and sprouts , they were luke warm and not fresh , I think frozen , the pig in a blanket was burnt and dry , the two roasters were luke warm but eatable , as for the stuffing well if you can call it that , the Yorkshire pudding was ok .I recommend the manager orders a Christmas Dinner sits down and tries it out and gives a good honest opinion about it just like we have .If I wouldn't eat it myself don't make your staff serve it , they do a great job and are polite , apart from the lady who cleaned the table before we could order drinks she did not even say sorry for the dirty table ,

We went in a fairly large group, and unusually, everyone in the group enjoyed their meal... It's not super high class, but it's good food in a relaxing atmosphere... And at a sensible price. Good for family dining... Just nice all round...
