Absolutely awful construction company. From a block of 200 flats the majority have found some kind of building defect. Whether that be Showers put in back to front, shower bases resting precariously on stacks of bricks, window leakage points rotting wood, gravity defying plumbing issues etc.If these were one off issues the benefit of doubt would be gladly given. However, much to the dismay of the majority of people in our flat building these are reoccurring issues.When accused of poor build quality, or defects which are against building regs (gravity defying plumbing), they will deny any negligence on their part even when presented with clear evidence to the contrary.If Bode have been responsible for your new build BUYER BEWARE. Not sure as to why Elevate continually use Bode but please look for other options if buying.
