I've been having sports massage for years now with Paul. I can't recommend highly enough!! The minute meet him you can tell he has a passion for his job. He uses his own money to go on courses to improve his knowledge which shows a dedication to continue to educate himself. He is very knowledgeable on human anatomy if you have an injury. Highly recommended as PT too.

Paul is a fantastic personal trainer, I feel fortunate to have been trained by him. He is very professional, motivational and knowledgeable and the sessions are enjoyable and varied. Paul really knows how to get the best from his clients.

I last saw Paul for a sports massage late November 2021. In the recent couple of weeks my flexibility had gradually decreased.My normal twice weekly (1 mile) swimming sessions had become rather arduous, with low and upper back pain.Paul visited me last Wednesday (9th Feb 2022) for a follow up massage.He easily and professionally found all the areas of concern that required attention. Afterwards, I felt as if I was “2 inches taller”.At my next swimming session, I found my pain relieved and my swimming range had increased by over 10% !.Great job, thanks Paul.

Paul is a great fitness instructor who has been helping and advising me at the gym with some weight training. He is professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He has adapted my training to take account of my disability without limiting what I can achieve and encourages me to achieve my best. In fact Paul seems to know better than I do what I can achieve!

I have experienced varying degrees of neck pain for over 20 years. During this time I have been put on painkillers, been given steroid injections, seen two physiotherapists, two acupuncturists, and an osteopath. At no time have I ever been given a diagnosis or explanation as to what might be causing my problems.I met Paul through our local Sports Centre and having heard others 'sing his praises', I felt I had 'nothing to lose by giving him a go'.Immediately I was staggered by Paul's knowledge, enthusiasm, expertise, skill, ability, professionalism and desire to not only get to the route of my problem, but to explain in great detail what and why my issues were occurring and what could be done to improve the situation.Paul's Sports Massages are more like intense personal physiotherapy. In fact his sessions are far superior to any I have experienced with other health professionals.After several sessions with Paul, I now understand what has been causing my neck issues and for the first time in 20 years this has shown a great improvement.I cannot recommend Paul highly enough.

Paul is a great trainer. He has a very wide range of knowledge and skill and really varies the training sessions, we have done weights, boxing, trx and other styles. He really sees my potential and pushes me to achieve them.
