I randomly stumbled across this place as I was going for my first date and it was absolutely stunning. The food was excellent and cooked to perfection, the service was great and they are extending the store which must mean they are very busy.I would definitely recommend. I loved the decor too. Oh and the spicy sauce

I've been to Roots many times and I've always been impressed with the quality of the meat.Most times I get a lunch takeaway from here - they have a lunch deal of £8.50 for chicken, flatbread, hummus, chips and salad. Generous portion and so delicious!The dine-in experience is also very good, there is something for even the pickiest of eaters. The way they prepare the meat is exquisite, it's tender and full of flavour.

Had one of the best dinners recently!The cuisine was so unique and flavorful, and the staff were very friendly and welcoming.It was TRULY a lebanese experience and I will definitely be going back for more!

I've walked past 100 timesBut went in today.Mighty impressed the seasoned chickenAnd the soft bread. Was delightfulThe starters of the pastry lamb also very well flavoured along with Crisp pastry.I will come backOh yes I will be back

We got the set menu for 4, which included a variety of mezze starters, two mixed grills, a bottle of house wine and some baklava. One of us was a vegetarian who was offered moussaka or a okra stew as an alternative, but as he didn’t like those options we were offered an alternative option to choose a couple of sides instead at no extra cost which was very kind. We also had someone in our party who had a nut allergy and they were very attentive to this. It was ALOT of food, so well worth the cost in my opinion! The bottle of wine was upgraded and we also got a free Lebanese coffee at the end which was a nice touch! Lovely flavours (especially the lemony chicken wings), great friendly service, perhaps one of the best I’ve experienced in a long time in London, and really cool decor inside. Will be visiting again as we live so close!

EXCELLENT! As someone who is half Lebanese and has lived in Lebanon, this is the best Lebanese restaurant I have been to in the UK. The food is authentic, delicious, fresh and so tasty. There's lots of choice, the restaurant interior is cosy and well decorated and the staff were very attentive and friendly. I can not recommend this restaurant enough, I will now be visiting on the regular.

Nice classy Lebanese restaurant. Arguably the best Lunch Deal you can get in Streatham. A generous platter comprising of your choice of chicken, lamb, or falafel, accompanied by salad, fries, hummus, and bread for like 8 quid, absolute bargain, considering the quality of the food, which feels homemade and authentic to be fair. Chicken is nicely seasoned, falafel is fresh and moist. We tried some other dishes, and everything was on point. Could not recommend enough for either lunch or dinner.

We went here a month ago. We ordered from the sharer menu and it did not disappoint. The food was delicious, the service was amazing and we will be returning again. The portions were very well sized. The starters were very tasty, my partner tried things he would never order and to his surprise said he would order this again. The mains were just as good! The atmosphere was lovely, we went mid afternoon and it wasn’t busy but as we were leaving it was beginning to fill up. We weren’t rushed and the attentiveness of the staff was fab.
