When I had the opportunity to work ON my business rather than IN it, I jumped at the chance. Whilst I had a good idea of who my client is and the solutions I provide to help them with their problems, I was struggling with how to articulate my messaging and communication of this. Going through an in-depth review based on the essence of great story-telling, I had a few 'a-ha' moments. It was insightful, and the information gathered from this session has enabled me to feel confident and clear about how I'm communicating my business to clients.
