Just moved back to town and needed a shirt to go out,popped in for a look very helpful staff. They knew my size so no messing about trying on different things shirt fitted perfectly. I ended up buying a pair of jeans as well again no trying different ones on they new my size just by looking at me will definitely return customer service is second to none they made me feel really welcome and was under no pressure to buy.well done I was impressed.

What amazing customer service! We’ve recently moved to Llanelli and have a friend’s wedding coming up. We were on the verge of going to Trostre but decided to try Llanelli town centre first. We’re so glad that we did! The shop has a fantastic range of clothes and both the owner and his son Ben went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Ben’s attention to detail was superb. My husband’s usually a casual dresser but Ben put him at ease straight away and knew exactly what he needed. I can’t recommend Solid Gold enough. What a brilliant place! You won’t find that level of customer service and expertise in an out of town retail park for sure.

Excellent for clothes for us guys,staff there are extremely helpful and give excellent advice probably know my size in clothes better than I do.Recommended these jeans that stretch I was sceptical at first but they are so comfortable I am so glad I listened to them.
