Pippa is fantastic and she has the patience of a saint. She moved my existing site to a different version of WordPress, listened to my vague descriptions of what I wanted it to look like and produced something far better than I ever could have imagined!She took her time explaining how it all works and what I need to do to update it and didn't mind repeating herself once or twice or dozens of times to make sure I understood.A couple of months after my site went live, I was having problems accessing my emails on my laptop and Pippa video called me so I could screen share and she talked me through step by step what to do to rectify it. All in all that took 5 minutes instead of the hours it would have taken me to find the answer myself!I would definitely recommend Pippa.
