The optician was absolutely lovely , as was the assistant who helped me kindly to choose frames. Both ladies were above and beyond both professionally and politely. All staff said lovely hellos and good byes . For sure the best optician experience I’ve had in my 35 years. Will definitely continue to be a customer at the Inverurie branch.

As a new customer I had a good experience. Everyone was polite and friendly. The optician explained everything to me and put me at ease. The member of staff who helped with my choice of frames and lenses was extremely helpful and patient. A good experience all round.
