The 1 star is for a poor response in dealing with the front door your carer damaged on Good Friday and now tell us you refuse to pay for it, and expecting us to pay for it.The communication is terrible!I ve waited over a week for a response from a Richard regarding this,Because of their incompetence and . Ign0ring damage since April, accident or not, there is no way possible to jam a key in the lock, but by miracles your carer did that he didnt even have the nouse to apologize.We re deduct it off the next invoice!Hi if you want good quality carers you cant go wrong with Care 1st! You cant fault their diligence and just getting on with their work careers 10 out of 10If you want to have a management team that doesn't care less if the careres damage property then think again management team terrible lack! 1 out of 10NO YOU HAVENT RESOLVED IT.

Never on time. If I could give 0 stars I would! My elderly mum is never washed properly and all too often she wears the clothes from the day before. Very disorganised company and on 1 or 2 occasions my elderly dad had confrontation with carers. Very little communication with carers. And when asked to do specific things we are ignored. Unacceptable and unprofessional for the type of delicate job they are paid to do!

Care 1st is an abomination of a company and should not be allowed to continue trading.The provide a non person centred service that is focused on making as much money as possible for as little input as possible.They will bit on local authority tender for the most challenging individuals and undercut all other providers to ensure that they win then they will house them in substandard accommodation with inexperienced and undertrained staff.One way that Care 1st recruit their staff is through oversea recruitment agencies, they will pay travel costs for people, mainly from Eastern European countries, to come to the U.K. with the promise of a better life but once they arrive they will be given a zero hour contract and have massive work loads given to them, some being pressured into working up to 80/90 hours per week. They will offer to pay for vehicles or housing deposits so that the can gain a financial hold on their staff thus making them cooperate. This is modern slavery.I implore you not to trust this company with your loved ones as I would not even trust them to look after my pet dog.

Amazing home care I am deeply satisfied.

I've had no personal experience of this company, but this 'care' company attends to a neighbour of mine. When they arrive to tend to the neighbour, they sit in their car and have a cigarette before entering his home, whilst parked outside the house. One of the female carers, gargled water and spat it out across the front garden. They seem to spend more time sat in their car smoking on their phones than they do caring. I would not want these people 'caring' for my relative!

Tried phoning up as had an enquiry about wages as I’m a currently employee of this company. The women who I spoke too was rude, and kept over talking me when I was trying to explain that I had an issue with wages. Absolutely disgraced. Says on there website that they have a helpful experience staff, polite and friendly.Absolutely had non of that rude and ignorance I got.
