Our experience with Clarity Autism was excellent. Tom is easy to talk to, professional and thorough in his assessments. We felt confident and at ease throughout. Tom had a great manner with our son, making him feel relaxed and this meant the assessment process ran very smoothly for us. Feedback and recommendations were also relevant and well explained. We would highly recommended the service.

I would definitely recommend Tom and his team at Clarity Autism. Communication was excellent throughout the whole process with Tom keeping me updated regularly. The report was thorough and the feedback meeting gave us chance to ask questions. He was prompt in his response and thorough in his approach during an initial consultation. During the process he was calm and friendly, putting my daughter at ease. He explained all aspects of the process and diagnosis and was extremely supportive throughout the whole assessment.

We used clarity autism when facing a 3 year wait with the NHS. We received a free telephone appointment to explore the concerns we had. Each part of the assessment was conducted at our own pace and we were informed of each step and what to expect. Communication was excellent and the detail in the assessment and subsequent report was way above what I had expected. Tom was friendly and professional throughout any communication we had and our experience was taken seriously and valued. We highly recommend the Adult Autism assessment provided by Clarity. From initial assessment and throughout each stage we were well informed. The process both remote and face to face worked well, especially on results day!, My daughter got the confirmation “she already knew” and what was a difficult day for me as mum was made easier having the results face to face and enabled me to ask questions. I was referred to Clarity Psychology via my employer after experiencing some workplace difficulties. I was seeking assessment for possible Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) which was complicated by the fact that I’m an adult and I’ve experienced childhood trauma. I needed a service that I felt comfortable with and confident in their ability to differentiate between issues caused by childhood trauma vs traits of ASD. From the very first interaction with Tom I immediately felt comfortable. Even simple things like how to get to their office was explained in a detailed yet easy to understand manner. I knew then that if that’s how well they approach something ‘trivial’ I was going to have a positive experience. From referral to getting initial assessment feedback took less than twelve weeks. The process was very thorough and the amount of work that the team (Tom, Patrick and others) put in was amazing. There really was no stone left unturned - in a good way!
