Great and strong units. I will say this place got one of the strongest ones. Lovely and clean environment and I never experienced any issues with staff members either.

Me and my partner visited here when we was in london the girl who served us was amazing beds and shop spotless will definitely be back on our next trip .many thanks.

Tanning shop lamps are so weak that it takes at least double the amount of time to get the same result. I suspect power of sunbed lamps has been reduced on purpose so that people book more often and business could compete on pricing. I’m not happy with such practices.

Very poor customer Service.Arrived on Sunday 19.05.19 to salon at 17.43 pm, want to use bed for 8 min.Women by the recepcion, told me that she cush up allready and I Can not use bed any more, becouse is to late. I try to explain to her that is only 8 min and I defenelty Will finish before 6pm.Still she did not let me in!!!

Always feel welcome when coming to the tanning shop. Staff is full of knowledge about the product and very professional. Fully qualified and the best at advising the products. Lovely and friendly ladies always happy to take care of customers, highly recommended!

I’m writing this review to show my lack of satisfaction with what was supposed to be my first visit at this place. I was booked today at the Bond St branch at 7:30pm slot for a 20 minutes session.I arrived for my appointment at 7:15 to find the door locked and reception empty.I called the number on the website and couldn’t get through but soon enough I see a young lady coming up the stairs looking at me weird as if she wasn’t expecting me.When she opened the door I told her I had an appointment at 7:30pm and for my surprise she only replied “we’re gonna have to close the shop early today I’m sorry” and was ready to close the door at my face since she didn’t even let me in and it was raining!When I asked her why not give me a call or a text prior instead of cancelling my appointment on the spot in such rude way she said she was apparently “feeling sick and vomiting for the past hour” and needed to close the shop!First things first I’ve worked in salons and clinics before at a younger age and I know from far when someone just wants to go home early or have plans after work or how “annoying” the last slot client be, but I’m sorry if you’re not interested on staying until late just don’t offer the slot.Second even if was the case of real sickness it takes literally 1 minute to call/text or email a person out of respect specially since I also lost money for leaving work early to make to the appointment on time + travel!I wasn’t going to post anything but the girl actually had the nerve to tell me I had no humanity after I walked away without saying anything (even tho I should have).Lack of humanity? Lack of your professionalism! Absolutely amateur and unprofessional girl, will never be coming back or recommending.

I am trying to find an email address to get in touch with the owner of this company as I am very angry with its customer service in the James Street branch.>> I had my last tanning session 10 years ago maybe even more than that. When i first arrived I wanted to purchase one sun angel" sunbed session. When she explained she gave me the options of 2 session for 35 pounds and 4 sessions for 49 pounds.>> During the sunbed experience i actually quiet enjoyed it and changed my mind to 4 sessions for 49 pounds and when I came out I spoke to the same lady and she said oh no that was for new customers only and that she can't change it back "sorry"... I work in the hospitality sector with so many systems and there is always a way around it...>> Anyhow when i came back to the office I remembered that I wasn't even told about the offer being subject to "new customers only" so I called to speak to the manager.>> I kindly expressed my thoughts to the same lady to see if something could still be done as I was not made aware and she said "you were not interested" I said i changed my mind and that i completely forgot the feeling of a sunbed... It was only then when she said that she didn't explain things because i didn't seem interested that i kindly asked to speak to the manager and she said that she was a manager but didn't seem to be willing to make things right.>> She said that she can offer 3 sessions for 49pounds but not 4 as she can't change the system.>> I would really appreciate this message to be forwarded to the right person and to get back to me with a final answer as currently I'm literally no longer willing to step into the store as the manager literally finished the talk by saying "listen i do have customers in front of me it is very busy" when just 5 minutes ago there was no one.After emailing the owner I had hope to hear something back even a sorry would have been fine but literally after 5 days where I thought MAYBE an investigation would take place there still is nothing.... no phone call no email nothing...Reading online about this place most reviews are actually quite bad mentioning poor customer service so it wasn't just me then..."
