Rude cafe staff… food wasn’t cooked so was sent back, new order came withought the same items and staff certainly don’t like criticism.. customers are always waiting by the till with no one to serve them and especially elderly shouldn’t be getting this treatment. I think some staff need re training.

**Morrisons - York Rd, Doncaster** - ★★★☆☆As with all Morrisons branches, the one at York Rd, Doncaster offers a reliable and familiar shopping experience. It has all the typical amenities you'd expect from this UK supermarket giant - a wide selection of groceries, fresh produce, and a robust bakery section that often tempts with the comforting scent of freshly baked bread.The layout of the store is generally well-organized, allowing customers to find items relatively easily. There's a good selection of both brand names and own-brand products, catering to a range of budget requirements.However, the shop can sometimes feel a little crowded during peak hours, and the queues can be somewhat lengthy. This doesn't detract too much from the overall experience, but it does mean that shoppers should anticipate a potential wait.Despite these minor inconveniences, this Morrisons does its job: it offers a wide range of products at reasonable prices, making it a convenient option for local grocery shopping. It's a standard Morrisons - not especially outstanding, but dependable. A solid three stars.

Don't move from the pumps if ur getting fuel. If ur MoreCard doesn't scan. Seemingly they can't add Points even though the assistants have just Seen you there!! N trying to email customer service, well good luck with that!! Their system bounces back emails due to Organisational issues!!

cafe review September 2021They had a special offer of half price small and large breakfasts this month so I had to try both out. Both were very good value for money and tasty. Friendly service.Supermarket reviewI came here because I heard that they had a lot of new craft beers from 7th September. I wasn't disappointed :-) Large range of good craft beers, enough to keep me happy. There's free wifi. I was even advised to used the self checkout out by one of the workers so i didn't have to queue, thanks ;-) I'll be back

Popped into the cafe. Very nice, super friendly staff. Brilliant proce as went when has children eat free with an adult meal.Loads of parking.

Went to the cafe for breakfast. Had to wait almost an hour for our food when it came it was barely warm. Our order had apparently been lost so it had to go to the back of the queue which added another half hour. Not the best service.

This morning I was one of the first customers to use the store. I firstly had need of the toilet and was surprised at how clean and tidy and freshly smelling it was. I was so impressed I sought out the cleaner and then the manager to compliment them. The store itself was ready for business and well stocked and attended. The lady on the checkout was very friendly and helpful too. I too my shopping to my vehicle and returned to try the cafe. Very clean well stocked and the lady on the till could not have been more helpful and friendly. I wish I could give you 50 stars. Thank you. X

Morrisons are having a refurb at the minute, so everything is in a different place. They have also installed more self-service check outs at the expense of checkouts where you can actually be served by an actual person.The good thing about Morrisons at the moment is the Morrisons More card. Some of the deals are very good, especially when it's extra points
