Couldn't recommend this store enough market street Lichfield , the gentleman that looked after me today (didn't catch his name) was hands down the best service I have ever received from timpsons, you deserve a raise good sir, I needed both of my children's christening bracelets engraved at short notice, all I gave him was the names and asked him to decide on everything else for me as I couldn't decide, you made the whole experience very easy and even had then both done in under 30 minutes, thankyou very much. *****

I thought they had stopped Highway Robbery ?, not with these guys I had my own key blank and they charged £15 to copy my key....5 seconds a side at the most.....wish I had gone elsewhere....AVOID

Adam is a legend! Needed the heels of my boots replacing for my holiday (very very last minute!!!), he did it within a few hours and also made the boots look brand new ❤️ such a nice guy and a brilliant service

I truly cannot believe how rude this man was. Asked for a watch battery which he quoted at £12. The watch really wasn't worth that much, so declined. Only to hear this man mumble under his breath thanks for wasting my time"........words fail me !!!. Just rude! (and expensive)."

Needed help with an engraving on a metal 7x4 photo frame and the gentleman who served me was brilliant,helpful and kind. I have a Timpson closer to home who couldn't do the engraving due to the size of the frame but even if I have something they are able to complete I will still go to Lichfield just to see the gentleman who served me yesterday 14/03/20 again as he was an amazing person I hope to see him again just so I can say thankyou as the photo frame was exactly what I needed x
