Honest, decent, hard working guys at a reasonable price. Couldn't recommend them more. From start to finish Charlie always answered his phone, answered my questions, went out of his way to ensure that we got the best out of our project and made sure things were as clean and tidy as possible. We had a double storey extension and internal layout overhaul with full refurbishment. At no point over the six months did we regret our choice of builders. Save yourself the hassle and choose these guys.

Mark and Charlie knocked down an existing conservatory and family room and built an extension to our kitchen creating a new family space. We couldn’t fault them. They arrived before 8, worked past 5, tidied up at the end of the day and were respectful of our neighbours when parking and taking deliveries etc. they proactively found solutions when issues arose with our architect and engineers drawings and they recommended very high quality 3rd party suppliers. We would absolutely recommend them and work with them again. 5 *

Charlie just finished our complicated loft conversion and he has done a great job. He was on site everyday and kept me informed every step of the way, he is a polite, tidy and conscientious worker who i wouldn't hesitate to recommend. Many thanks Charlie.Bill

Everyone that worked in our house over the past few months not only did a great job but were also quick and efficient. Top notch professionals!We first met Charlie nearly a year ago when we were discussing the potential of an extension. Upon meeting him, we got the feeling that he was trustworthy and would do an excellent job for us and we weren’t wrong. To date we had roof replacement, entire house render, built an 80sqm extension at the back, replaced two bathrooms and total reconfiguration of the downstairs floor. He project managed and coordinated all works, contractors to get the job done not only in a timely manner but also to guarantee exceptional results.Another very important aspect of his job, that we truly appreciated, was the ongoing communication on a daily basis. He would get back to us on anything even if it was late in the evening or weekends. It sounds excessive but he was there for us 24/7.Final point we would like to make is that we could trust him with keys to our house and had peace of mind that even if we were at work or on holidays he would guarantee that whoever was in our house was trustworthy and we never had any issues.We would highly recommend Baars Construction & Carpentry and if we had to do it all again we would choose them over and over again!People used to tell us that when you re having an extension done in your house, there is going to be a lot of stress, problems, dirt and in a nutshell would be a traumatic experience… our experience was the complete opposite. Everything went smoothly and we always felt in safe hands.
