Very reliable and trustworthy dealer.Had amazing experience of dealing with Jay and Chet right from 1st conversation , and they did exactly what they committed. I didn’t even have to visit the shop , I liked the car on day1 , called them on same day , had viewing over video ,they explained everything over call and next day evening car was delivered to my doorstep in Newbury , had test drive and then purchased the the car by paying remaining balance. Entire process went very fast & smooth. Kudos to both of them for such a nice service.

I travelled from kent to collect my car and I'm glad I did , Jay was great to say the least . Went through everything with me regarding the car and explained anything I was unsure about or wanted to know more about . The car was as advertised and as this was my first car purchase after passing my test the guys in the office gave me plenty of advise . Once my wife's finance is finished we will be on the lookout for a car from JP Motors for sure. Again thanks for providing such a great service and I could not recommend these guys enough .

Bought my Corsa SRI from here and to be fair I have never been this pleased with the customer service from a garage like I have been here. The gents really go the extra mile to ensure you leave happy and stay happy - not like other places that just wash their hands after you buy the car. Very pleased with the car, price is reasonable and the customer service here is priceless. WELL DONE JP

Best experience with a car dealer ever, seriously! So professional and friendly. Chet and Jay are amazing, I dealt with both gents a few times and they were just fantastic. I purchased a 12 plate Juke and it's perfect, had a small issue after the sale and again nothing but fantastic service. Harry is just as friendly and professional as the rest of the team.
