My FAVOURITE Post Office: seriously responsible with parcels I give into their care, and always allow time for each customer. Very good range of packaging. If you're in a queue, relax - everyone gets treated with respect here. Good books and cards if you need to occupy your brain.

It is very sad that our local post office is staffed by such grumpy and rude people.I do not expect the staff to go leaps and bounds but at least say hi without looking like you are about to vomit.I am not particularly happy with my job either but you do not see me being cold and rude because of it.I think they are all ready for retirement. Someone help them, please.

I don't know what charm school the staff attended, but they should ask for their money back. It's like they can't wait for you to fill out the wrong form or ask the wrong question so they can let you know how WRONG you are! Unfriendly and unhelpful, every time!

The woman in here is to customer service what a bowl of sour milk is to a cat. Miserable old mare who needs to retire. Her curt manner and lack of politeness almost received a stern advice on customer service but for the fact I was in the company of my wife and didn’t want to embarrass her.Next time I’ll walk the extra few hundred yards and use the Church Road Post Office.
