My experience was great, the management run the place very well and regularly pay visits to the staff for the purposes of getting to know you and finding out what you think/feel. Like any company you get idiots but for the most part the lads are great. The work is easy, the pay is fair.

Good rate of pay, 4 day weeks are nice, great people on the shop floor but they have a bad habit of getting rid of people as easy as breathing to a point where the company’s getting a reputation. Top tip don’t speak your mind or Big Brother will sack you.
