Wish it truly was more immersive? 3D goggles, combined with other sensory devices, would have been so much more of an experience.

On Monday I purchased theatre tickets. I suffer from severe back pain, arthritis and various other conditions, and the gent who served me could not have been more helpful! He moved computer terminal so that I could sit at the counter rather than stand, he signed me up for the access scheme which is incredibly helpful as I need to have assistance from friends or family when I attend the theatre. The biggest thing for me however, and many people with disabilities will recognise this, is that I was reassured and not made to feel like an irritating or time wasting customer!I cannot recommend the service I received highly enough! - I honestly think that I will be more likely to go to the theatre now based on the help I have been given.Thank you, thank you, thank you!
