I cannot recommend James highly enough. He recently shot some press pics for me to accompany a new album. I was delighted by how much effort he made to understand the story behind the music itself and to create images that represented me as an artist in an imaginative and honest way. I usually feel so self conscious in front of the camera, but not at all with James. We had lost of fun, he really helped to bring me out of my shell. I felt totally comfortable to experimented with ideas and just be myself. The images themselves are fantastic. I'm so happy :-)

James had his work cut out for him, taking pictures of someone (me) who is very Uncomfortable in front of a lens. However he immediately calmed my nerves and made the photo shoot a fun and relaxed experience!The pictures were way beyond my expectations and I can't thank James enough!

We asked James to take some photos to mark our son's first birthday. He got back to us very quickly to make arrangements and suggested a great location. James was flexible on dates so that we could ensure that we had sunny weather to suit our outdoor location. We are thrilled with the photos. James has captured our son's character perfectly and we also have some wonderful family shots (and we're not normally very photogenic!). James has been very professional and extremely helpful throughout and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.

We originally had another photographer booked for our wedding but upon seeing James' work we knew he was who we really wanted for our wedding photos and we are so pleased we made the change. James was incredible both in the lead up and on the day. Going to the venue in the week prior to work out where the best light was throughout the day and being so unobtrusive on the day whilst making sure he got all the shots we wanted. He was so easy to have around - working tirelessly and staying later than even originally planned. Our wedding photos and the album he produced are something we really treasure and I would recommend him to anyone planning their wedding for timeless and classic pictures.

James was great with our baby and toddler and got some amazing shots of them despite toddler tantrums! Highly recommend especially if you want photos at home or at outdoor locations rather than in a studio. Very professional and speedy - photos back within a couple of days. Would definitely use again.

I had the pleasure of working with James for a headshot last year and was delighted with the results.He took the time to take a variety of shots in different light and locations and was patient with trying different outfit changes and looks with hair and makeup.All in all a thoroughly enjoyable afternoon which resulted in some great shots.
