I could not fault the helpfulness of the entire team.I bought a triple wardrobe which needed dismantling before colection and I was given instructions and all parts were marked for easy assembly.Although CFS delever for free I needed the item asap and the team went above and beyond to offer advice and contacts when my man with a van got cancelled.Would recommend CFC in a shot as fabulous customer experience/service

Called in for a new table after Connollys let us down. They were able to get us the exact one we wanted and delivered within the week, which was a week before Christmas. We also got our new build carpets from here and a wardrobe Can't fault them.

I bought 2 new sofas from the Newtownabbey branch and the sales assistant was so helpful. They were manufactured and delivered very quickly and I can honestly say they are so comfortable. My last sofas were so low I felt like I was sitting on the floor, these ones are great.

Bought a double bed, mattress, chest of drawers and a wardrobe, all at a great expense. Also bought two pillows at £90.00 each. Only realising now that marks have come through the sprayed on paint finish of the bed due to some manufacturing fault. Mentioned this to the sales Lady when buying the wardrobe on my second visit but got no satisfaction with her answer when she told me to go to a local paint shop and get a colour match paint for it. Didn't offer to pay for it, after all it was their responsibility for selling faulty goods. Also found that you have to go and get a sales persons attention as on every occasion I felt like I was invisible, even though two sales people where sat at desks and could clearly see me. Very disappointed and wish I never ventured near CFC in the first place. Overrated & overpriced for goods sold at inflated prices which if I'm honest are of poor quality.
