Had a chicken curry with egg fried rice it was by far the best I've had in a long time and I've used take aways in south kirkby and south elmsall and they don't even compare to the quality of this place

Ordered a munchie box with egg fried rice. Chips where soggy chicken balls was just batter inside and soggy prawn crackers as an extra thrown in.Threw it all in the bin. Waste of money. Only thing can say was wasn't waiting too long for it to arrive.

We have a take away couple of times per month and usually come back to the Jade City, chips can be hit and Miss but the meals on the whole are nice, would like a bit more duck in my meal as sometimes there is only a small serving in the tub

Very helpful and will accommodate your wishes, I order regularly and I am very pleased with the service. I get mushroom foo young, chips and curry sauce. I love the curry sauce especially, not too spicy but full of flavour. The portions are generous and always tasty. Easiest way to order is online via the “New Jade City” Website, check it’s the Hemsworth one first though as there is another Jade City website for a Chinese down south somewhere. You need to put the word NEW in front. Very happy with the food from here

Food took almost an hour to arrive. When it did it was very cold. Ordered a chicken curry and a beef curry. Both meats were chewy. The chicken curry appeared to have lumps consisting of what seemed like raw rice. Prawn crackers were stale as if they were made a week ago. Would not recommend at all

Come to this place almost weekly and love the food, really nice staff. Everything is always freshly made and piping hot when we collect. Would highly recommend.

I order from jade city quite often and honestly it is the absolute best Chinese in my area.I normally deliver (and it always comes quick and hot) but today I collected, food was ready in 10 minutes (absolutely amazing!) and the food was gorgeous. Ordered for me and my household, everyone loved it.Would definitely recommend if you want a delicious meal!

This is the best Chinese in the area! The staff are always so friendly and the food always tastes fresh and healthy. Their portions are big enough to share. Highly recommend! I have been using them for years.

Ordered set meal for 1, hot & sour soup, beef/onions/green peppers in black bean sauce with egg fried rice. Delicious, huge portion, plenty for 2 so saved enough for tomorrow! Will definitely be going back, highly recommended.
