Terrified of dentists. Could not praise Mr Al-Zubaidy more for putting me at ease with a tooth extraction , it went seamlessly and with no pain. All the staff are friendly of course, but Karrar was exemplary.

Accidently missed one appointment rang the following day to apologise. Instant ban as an NHS customer. Though welcome as a private customer pffft yeah OK. These people are vile

Excellent dental service, I have been going to this practice since the 70s when Mr Robinson was a dentist here, Tim Secker the present owner is very professional, friendly, and polite as are all of his staff at the practice. The hygiene standards are very high especially during this difficult time, the communication between the practice and patients is second to none and are never compromised at any time. My whole family go to this practice and have never had any problems, it is a pleasure going to this place and even the most nervous of patients are made to feel at ease. Top class people and practice they can't be faulted. Thanks.

Shockingly poor service.I have been an NHS patient with this joke of a dentist for years. They cancel 3 of my appointments during covid. I call to schedule an appointment now we can go and they say as I haven’t been in touch for over 2 years I am no longer registered with them. I was told they sent me an email which I don’t remember receiving and cannot speak to anyone to rectify this.Based on the reviews I have received I am not the only one. Frankly this place is a joke and clearly out to privatise and make as much money as possible.I would love to say something positive but based on how they have treat me and others I genuinely hope they change their attitude and improve significantly.

Lovely practice, dentists are very understanding with me.being an anxious patient. All the staff have been lovely

Excellent practice - but be prepared to be removed from the list if you don't attend without cancelling your appointment.

Its funny about the previous reviews about the customer services skills how true! Less than 10 mins late. They have shocking attitude, on the way out of the door I cursed. So thats threatening behaviour! Dont join this pratice wouldnt have gave a star given the choice. Shame as the dentist was good. Received an email struck off for two missed appointments however since when is covid not a valid reason would they prefer to be shut down. Surely the NHS should be made aware of this. Really!!!!!! Shame on u

Brilliant...had a filling come loose today..called at lunchtime...was sorted and fixed by 3.30pm...Nice one.....

I had been with Rivenhall Dental Practice since 2017, and had quite a bit of work done over a year.Due to Covid being able to see a dentist became a challenge, and in November 2021 I contacted the practice as I was experiencing dental problems, and had an abscess.They had phoned me earlier in the year about making an appointment, but due to having unexpectedly suffered a bereavement in the family I was unable to confirm a time, and said I’d be in contact.I had received no communication with the practice, in anyway, so you can imagine my surprise as to the attitude when I phoned in November.The receptionist made me feel very uncomfortable, english is not my primary language, but having lived in the U.K. for 15 years, and being trilingual making myself understood has never been an issue.To begin the receptionist seemed to have difficulty with my name, I suspect she was being purposefully awkward in view of what she was about to tell me.The outcome of our conversation was that they had de registered me without any notice.I tried everything to see a dentist but only faced obstruction so finally had to top trying.The outcome is due to Covid I was unable to find any dental treatment prior to travelling to my country of birth for my first family Christmas in 15 years.The outcome is that due to Rivenhall not enabling me to see a dentist, even in an emergency situation ,I have ended up loosing a number of teeth and have needed emergency surgery on my jaw.So all I can suggest is you stay clear!!
