The bin outside overflowing with rubbish outside the store, for a Sunday and after opening it's not a good first impressions. Tried returning something I'd ordered online to exchange for the next size, just outside the 30 days returns as we arent local where most places might still honour an exchange (considering its still for sale on the shelf as part of the uniform range) but nope rigid in their policy. So watch out when buying/ordering etc.Some of the quality of the clothes are okay, others feel awful.Weird, untag your own clothing self serve, bagging area isn't weighed seems a recipe for some dodgy goings on.Just a bit meh, you can get nicer items in next or the like for similar prices and better quality and service.

Paid at the self service tills and the receipt roll ran out. We then had to stand and wait whole someone came to help. By then there were 2 self service tills needing an assistant.There were only 2 assistants serving, covering both manned tills and self service tillsEither employore staff so you have 1 covering the self service tills or revert back to manned tills only. Not impressed

Unremarkable as far as Matalan's go. It always looks messy inside, stuff thrown everywhere, a bit like a jumble sale. The staff really don't care, but then again what do you expect for the wages I guess! Only good thing about it really is the Amazon return lockers!

Popped in to grab some shorts. Mens department a little small and seems 60% of the store is womens clothes 15% kids, 15% homewears and 10% mens. Guess the target audience is female. Staff are nice in general and helpful.

This Matalan store is superb, good quality clothing sold at affordable prices, a large shared car park which does get busy but when I went this time which was at 6pm was quite and many spaces available. Staff are normally friendly and can answer any questions. Peak times the queue to pay gets long which is to be expected. Stock rotation is regular so there is always something new in here. Apart from the home furnishing and clothing for men, women and kids they have many useful items here such as batteries, sunglasses and even hand sanitiser. You can also check out yourself at the self service checkout which is fairly straight forward. I find this branch to be clean and the staff friendly. Overall always a pleasure here. Perfect and I rate it 5 stars.

Visited this store in Crawley for last minute holiday items. Everything is very reasonably priced. Nice to be able to try clothes on before buying. That's why I came to Matalan and not the supermarkets where you can't try. Well done Matalan
