Brilliant advice and care from Gaynor and Laura. My friend and I both tried on a range of different designer dresses with their help - this was our first experience of 'wedding dress shopping' and it couldn't have been better. We both arrived clueless about it all and overwhelmed by choice... quickly we relaxed and really enjoyed the experience. We went away with a lot to think about and Laura helped us to take lots of photos so that we could reflect on the day without feeling pressured into any decisions at the time. 100% recommended to all brides-to-be.

I visited Gaynor with my mum very early on in my dress search. Gaynor was absolutely wonderful, and as enthusiastic about finding me my perfect dress as I was. I had no idea what I wanted, so Gaynor helped me try on a variety of different styles, and each time asked what I liked/didn’t like. She’d then bring up a dress even more beautiful than the last. But typically, the first dress Gaynor put me in was the one, and I couldn’t get it out of my head.Thankyou Gaynor for such a wonderful experience. I never felt pressured, and you also had plenty of tips and tricks when it came to accessorising. It’s also nice to know you’re helping out the environment by shopping Reloved.

I came to try dresses on with my two close friends and 6 week old daughter last week, Gaynor was nothing but accommodating, she fit us in last minute and gave us all of her time. I went in skeptical of the whole experience but was made to feel comfortable, special and like the only bride in the world and left with the most perfect dress. I was an extremely last minute bride and Gaynor was absolutely amazing and I will be reccomending her and the shop to any brides to be.Gaynor literally went above and beyond and even helped carry the beautiful Lulu (my dream dress) to the car when I arrived with my two girls under two.Beautiful dresses, staff and experience x

Please visit this shop and I promise you won’t be disappointed!I went into the shop on my own with no idea of what I wanted and Gaynor immediately put me at ease and the first dress she suggested for me ended up being the one!!She then went on to suggest what type of flowers and headpiece she thought would compete the look and my goodness she was so right!I’ve never felt so special in my whole life as I did on my wedding day!Thank you so very much Gaynor! I came to Gaynor with 4 weeks to go until my wedding. Having seen 'the' dress online I knew I had to go and try it on asap! Gaynor booked me in st the earliest opportunity and when I arrived she was so relaxed and serene. Both exuding excitement and calmness for me and my big day. Gaynor really saved the day for me with my dress and I couldn't have been more sure than when I tried it on that day. Definitely recommend!

Gaynor made us feel so welcome and comfortable when my mum and I popped in without an appointment (although we did have to come back an hour later as there was already a bride in the shop and they operate a one bride at a time). I tried on 3 dresses and Gaynor was able to give us lots of details, info and alternative options eg belts, straps, veils etc.and there was never any pressure to buy. A lovely lady and shop, a very good first experience at trying on wedding dresses!

Had an absolutely amazing time at Bridal Reloved. I was completely in the dark of what I wanted for my wedding dress and had not been dress shopping yet, but Gaynor helped me find THE dress and was able to buy my dress as well as a belt and veil all for under my budget❤️Would highly recommend xx

If I could give Bridal Reloved more than 5 stars I would! Even before I had my appointment, the service I received was outstanding. Carol was always there to answer any questions I had leading up to my appointment. On the day I was really nervous, but Carol made me feel so relaxed and talked me through what to expect. She listened to everything I was saying and she used her incredible knowledge and experience to help me find my dress! Not only did I say yes to the dress, Carol was able to find the one I said yes to by listening to what I loved about each gown I tried on. Thank you Carol for making this day so special, I couldn't have done it without you!
