My pedicure is done pretty well. They have the sealed and sanitised pedicure kit. It is brill, not much place having that.

Went for a shellac French manicure. I asked for round-shaped nails and ended up with almond-shaped nails. Nails badly filed (can feel indentations on 3 of them). There's also a lump of varnish on one of my nails. No attention to detail. Very disappointed. Will never go again and would not recommend.

Amazing customer service. They helped me pick out a nice colour that complimented my skin tone and they were gental caring. They speak to every customer with respect and patience and work very hard to replicate and achieve any looks that you bring to them.

The nail technicians were rude and the lady who did my nails slapped and scolded me. Very poor service and lack of internet on their card machine, leading up to me having to go all the way to the ATM and withdraw cash. Finish result of my nails is very bad and poorly and aggressively done. Would not recommend and definitely NOT going back there.

The lady there scolded me as if I was a child even though it was difficult to understand what she was saying. Regardless, not acceptable customer service. I was also tricked into a £50 infill service vs a £30 infill service. They told me at first that the £30 service was for gel. And the £50 was for shellac. Only when my nails were finished and I had to pay did they explain that gel and shellac was essentially the same thing. And that the £30 infill was for “normal” polish.
