My daughter recently Got a screen replacement from here (cracked) and now it has been glitching ever since. I took it back as it was only 15 days later told him it’s been happening for a few days. He refused to change or even look at it. Had the cheek to say she must have dropped it again!! Then tried to say he’d replace it if I paid an extra £25. When I said no he then started laughing and told me to leave the shop. AVOIDHe is also a liar and states I was abusive to staff!! (only himself in the shop) I most certainly was not! I just wanted him to put right something that was clearly a fault after the screen was replaced which was the answer I gave him. It was my daughter’s phone and after a few days she told me it was glitching but only now and then.. it got significantly worse over the next week. She’s in full time college and has a part time job that was the soonest we could go back and explained this to you!! Which you’ve lied about in your responceMy husband revisited the shop and explained what had happened. He was very nice to my husband and did replace the screen so maybe just woman should avoid!He also asked for this post to be removed which I would have if he hadn’t lied!!I was not hurling abuse nor disrespectful. Just angry that you treat myself and daughter the way you did and you could see me getting angry and laughed in my face.Very unprofessional behaviour

I dropped my iPhone & screen cracked. I was very impressed that I was told it was just the screen protector which they replaced for just £6 - rather than a new screen for £55 - they could have charged me for full screen so I was pleased with their honesty.

Got my phone fixed here n will never go back again, it's never been the same since the screen was changed,can hardly hear calls, misses digets or gives me the wrong ones! Trying to type xts now is a chore
