I’ve just purchased my new pair of glasses and I can’t thank Katherine enough for the service she gave me. She was really friendly and gave honest opinions not based on price but what suited me best.I always find trying on new glasses a little daunting, but with Katherine, it was easy and a great experience!Thank you very much, I look forward to picking up my new glasses soon!

Always had a good experiencewith Vision Express , receptionists are very welcoming Optition was fantastic, very personable and professional. I would have given 5 stars but unfortunately the sales rep wasnt particularly helpful. No personality not very helpful and i went from feeling really informed and made welcome by the rest of the staff to a couldn't care less" attitude by the sales guy. unfortunately my experience with chosing glasses and payment with the sales man left me feeling a bit let down. I felt like he would rather be anywhere else other than at work. I know it was bank holiday but i really felt like he could not care less :(Apart from that everythingelse was 5 stars."
