Sent my pup here for her first pamper! They were so lovely and friendly, did just what I asked and were great with my pup. Cheaper than I thought too! Highly recommend will definitely be returning x

The work that was done on my shepadoodle was brilliant, the young lady i spoke to was very friendly (which is why the 3 stars, would have been 5 stars if they were upfront and honest on price). I took my girl in for a cut, and after my partner showing them a picture and a video (with my dog playing with a frenchie) we were quoted 50 plus, so took my dog in, at no point after feeling to see if she was knotted, seeing how big and hairy she was, did the quote change, still 50 plus.Then i received the message to pick her up, with a message to say it would be 100 pounds and they would only accept cash, we were very shocked as my normal groomer who was booked solid for 2 months, would have charged us 57 pounds for exactly the same, we only came here cause they had bookings available and came highly recommended by family members.by all means they did a fantastic job, but were very dishonest on price and should have quoted me the new price once they saw my dog, giving me the opportunity to leave, instead they did the job, knowing we would have to pay it, once the job was done, so if you do get your dogs groomed here, they only accept cash, and get a price in writing, and so you don't get scammed.definitely wont be going back.

Absolutely magnificent!!.. i visited Coventry from Toronto, Canada with my dog London!! She came out looking beautiful and new again!! Her wash and blow out nails vut the whole treatment was absolutely amazing!!! The team their are real deal when it comes to quality!! London enjoyed her visit spa" and we look forward to visiting again when we are in England next!! Thankyou!!!"

We always use doggy dapper, they do a very good job with our cocker spaniel Penny and I thoroughly recommend them.

The staff are really helpful and deal with my nervous dog on a calm and soothing manor when clipping his nails.I would highly recommend
