Got a decent car for the misses from here. Seemed great value and no issues a month on. Guy was very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately someone had pinched the wipers of the car which salesmen wasn’t aware of. Got money off the total price and sourced from local Halfords. Wasn’t an issue and no fault of the garages.

After hrs with big dealers, waiting in queues looking at poor quality cars, it was great to visit Irving West. From when I arrived, Andy spent the whole afternoon showing me the car and going through the documents. The car was exactly as described, a really well maintained vehicle and great value, so it was well worth the trip from London.

What a disappointing car dealer, git finance sorted, collected car no problems the had engine light on and no air con then clutch went and they would not warranty it as i lived to far away they just wanted the car back. I got a quote from my garage for the clutch they refused it so i said can they do the work and they just wanted the car back absolutely shicking service not to be trusted in my opinion

Just wanted to leave a review about how great Simon and the team were for us, as it was hard to find a car for my son and Simon found exactly what he wanted once picked up we had a fault with it so I called Simon and he collected the car and had it fixed with in a few days and delivered back to our do with no extra cost he could do enough 5 star in my opinion will not go anywhere else. 5⭐️

Top rated. Brought a Freelander 2 last week. Was collected from the train station to view the car. Was given as much time as I wanted to go over car and a very good test drive. Last night wouldn't start because of cold weather. 1 phone call and within 2 hours new battery on car no quibbling. Would recommend to anyone and will check their stock out before I purchase from anywhere else even though I live 65 miles from them.

Purchased a car through these guys. Great customer service and let us test drive a couple of cars so we knew which car suited us best without any pressure. They were flexible about the collection of the car and they'd topped up with fuel to make sure we had enough to get home. Have recommended them and will continue to do so.
