Great for click and collect. Much easier than wandering round a huge DIY mega store. I think Screwfix must give extra staff training on customer service as the service has been outstanding at every branch I have been to.

Went in for some adhesive, got what I needed and Michael asked if I needed a gun. Didn't even think about it until he mentioned it. Quick and easy upsell for him and saved me a second trip when I get home and don't have a gun.Prices are way better than B&Q too. Plus you can check if the item is in stock online before you leave the house.

just want to say a massive thank you to the 2 female assistants who helped me eventually find the central heat pump I wanted as it happened I had got mixed up with their main competitor. their attitude was 1st class they even checked it was in stock for me a credit to screwfix. thank you

Very helpful. And reasonable price. Went to Wickes day before. Not good customer service and when the store I visited didn't have what I was looking for, they gave me directions to a store they no longer have.

Absolutely gutted, ordered click and collect at 10 this morning as an urgency as the loo was leaking all over, waiting all day for a collect message, non came, thanks for nothing, will just want money back as I have already paid for this item. Then when I tried to call it was all just automated messages, pretty bad service
