Absolutely great job. No matter what I give them!!

If i could give 0 i would. Poor customer service. Their premises in blairgowrie burnt down, including my winter curtains. No phonecall to tell me this had happened. I have been in 3 times, wrote 2 letters and am still out of pocket, and now frozen. Absolutely NO contact from them at all. Disappointed, Disgusted and I'm not the only one.

GOOD SERVICE WHEN OPEN, BUT BUSINESS HOURS DEFY LOGIC.

I gave them my sofa bed cover to wash, and they succeeded in shrinking it. They apparently followed the instructions on the label of the cover, but is shrunk considerably during the process they used. Unhappy with the result, I returned it to the shop, but they didn't take full responsibility for the shrinkage. They took my cover back to look at it again themselves, and offered to give me a letter to hand to IKEA, who I had originally purchased it from. On returning my cover for the 2nd time, I asked for a full refund, but was only given half back. It's all they would offer, as they claimed they had done their job. Not a good service, and certainly not a very professional outfit. I would advise people to look elsewhere for another laundrette if this is the customer care service they provide.
