Having a single member of staff on shift during a busy Saturday (the day before Mother’s Day) is completely inadequate. I had selected the item I wished to purchase and waited for over 10 minutes before leaving the store, as I soon realised I was probably 10th in line to be served in the busy store. Not a satisfactory experience and I ended up going elsewhere

Horrible experience. My boyfriend is from Dublin and we were in portadown doing some last minute Christmas shopping before going to his family for the holidays. He had seen a watch he liked but wasn’t 100% sure if he wanted it then and there. The staff member was very pushy and seemed irritated after we said we weren’t going to buy it today. She gave us a receipt so if we changed our minds we could come back and collect it but accused us of lacking the funds to purchase said watch as we “didn’t look as though we could afford it” because of our comfortable clothing choice for that day. Absolutely appalled and will never be returning.

Massive selection and very helpful staff, definitely recommend them. Yes they want a sale but no they don’t push you to buy things if your undecided
