I was sold antibiotic eye drops which had expired. I had to travel to another pharmacy to obtain eye drops, which I was then told that I was given the wrong eye drops for my condition, and the information I was given was highly inaccurate.Went back the next day and got a refund. Staff were barely apologetic, the pharmacist (who thinks she is brilliant because she shared inaccurate statistics with me) did not even bother to come and apologise either. At one point I asked the sales person a question about whether or not stock is checked for expiry dates and I got completely ignored. Rude, waste of time and not professional. Definitely do not recommend.Update!Went to pick up medication and requested sore eye drops as I suffer with sore eyes. The pharmacist said I wasn’t happy with the last lot (see incident above) and my response was, well yes because they had expired and she’d given me the wrong diagnosis. There were optrex sore eye drops on the counter, but she kept saying no we don’t have any. Complete refusal to help and serve a customer. Rude, unprofessional and disrespectful pharmacist. Have put in a formal complaint and certainly will not be going back there again. Waste of time.

They don't seem to answer the phone. Frustrated.

Passed in here last week as I needed prescription as my pharmacy never supplied my medicineCan't believe the way they are close no masks nothingAbsolute ridiculous then I later find out someone had a covid test there and positive they closed it and still passing they still have no mask onThat one tiny screen which doesn't cover much will not protect you guys or us customersNeed reporting the lady with short blonde kind of hair was talking about unprofessional things just don't understand how 4 people can be in the small space huddled togetherIt says on sign can't enter without a maskBut you guys aren't wearing any there's hardly a screen between us and you guysBreaking the rules and they are suppose to be setting a example

Awful service

After reading some of the ridiculous reviews left by people on here Who seem to just wish to complain, I have to say my family and I have used this pharmacy for years and never ever had any issues with any of the staff or getting medication, the ladies in this pharmacy have been a god send they pull out all the stops to help you, they are always happy and pleasant which is a rare thing these days and which is even more amazing to see when some customers are so ignorant and rude and demanding, they are here to help us without asking for anything in return,so people really need to show more appreciation to them and stop this nonsensical winning .

Do the staff feel it is OK to swear whilst customers are waiting to be served.
