Unfortunately I had a bad experience with this garage from the second I received the car. My friend drove 4 hours to collect this car for me after it being described as good condition and general wear and tear which is understandable as it is a 2016. However both bumpers had been painted badly and there was filler in the back passenger door which I wasn’t told about prior. The passenger mirror indicator didn’t work and there were big gashes missing out of one of the tyres which both things would have failed an MOT for despite being told that it had gone through an MOT before we collected. 1 month later and the battery has completely died and needs replacing and the paint on both front tyres is flaking which they are taking no responsibility for so I now have to pay for all of this to be fixed. They make it very easy to buy from but once you have paid and got the car they don’t want anything to do with it afterwards. Definitely would do a lot of checks on the car before agreeing to buy from these or would avoid altogether.In response to your reply to my review:I have sent several messages to you which have been opened and not replied to and I have rang several times with no answer which I am happy to post photo evidence of. The wheels do not look like they have been curbed in the slightest you can clearly see that the paint is flaking off. Plus if they were curbed it would be around the edges not in the middle of the alloy. Strange how I haven’t received a reply from you saying this instead you have chosen to do it on Google for everybody to see.Regarding the paintwork, the comment I said was “which I wasn’t told about prior” as you failed to tell me before effort was made to come and collect the car. Instead my friend had to ring me and let me know when he got there as you did not mention anything about paintwork at any point of the sale.I suppose also the PDI checklist will also say that the tyres and indicators were checked when they clearly weren’t so this checklist isn’t really anything to go off is it. The battery clearly had an issue beforehand and should not need replacing after 1 month of me owning the car.I will wait for your response privately.

Hats off to Hasan and Ersin for delivering an exceptional service…. and right on my door step. They offered me a great deal for my car and were extremely patient while I deliberated over a deal that seemed too good to be true. They didn’t object to me bringing my own mechanic to look at the car and there was never any pressure. It’s been a couple of months now and I am loving my Seat Leon Cupra. It’s fun fast and fantastic. Thanks both for being so understanding and I will definitely be coming back to you … if I need a new car, though I think it will be a while as I am absolutely loving this one

Hasan & Ershin are both top blokes. They went above and beyond to help me find my dream car - M140i with all the bits I wanted. Not only this, I dropped it back to have a Ghost immobiliser fitted whilst away on holiday and they even gave the car a complimentary wash and polish inside and out.If you are looking for your next genuine car dealership who are there to help and not rip you off, this is the place to go! I find that shopping for a new car can be a chore; however, Ersin and CCC made the experience effortless - from remotely viewing the car, to a home delivery service, there was always clear communication. I’m happy with the new motor and would use CCC again in the future. Thanks again.
