Extremely bad customer service. Man called Brendan was rude and unhelpful. He tried to make me feel like a fool as I was unfamiliar with construction and the process of buying a garage.Information on the call also did not match the information given on the website which came across very unprofessional.No idea what the quality of the product is. This review is solely based on the behaviour of the guy on the call who lost the sale of a garage for this business.

Great quality shed and reasonably priced, couldn't fault them or praise them enough, Brendan and the whole team including the fitters were first class right from the design to the fitting, no hesitation in recommending them.

Washing Bay Sheds Supplied and fitted a second Shed and Stable recently. 1st Shed was a brilliant job and this time round They matched colour perfect, Sheds were fitted so efficiently, and such a tidy job!!!!!When we were up sorting out sizes with Brendan he gave us so much of his time and was so patient and Courteous. Can not recommend this company highly enough. Thank You

We have just had a large shed put up by the fellas on Saturday, it is absolutely amazing, fantastic quality and everything finished to perfection.The team are fantastic and we couldn't be more pleased with their work, they are lovely fellas who have looked after us from the very beginning.Thank you to the whole team for everything

Had the shed erected a few months ago and only just seen it as I was living in England. Great quality shed at a great price. I just sent Brendan a sketch of what I wanted (position of doors and windows) and the colours and everything is perfect. Been raining here all day and no leaks. I'm very happy with it and would highly recommend this company.

Recently had a shed installed and I'm very happy with it, installers worked really well and had it done in only a few hours. Top job with no issues at all and very good quality shed. Customer support was also brilliant, Brendan replied to all my emails within an hour on working days and happily answered any questions. Would highly recommend.

From the initial telephone call to the installation the knowledge, professionalism, etc by the admin, Brendan to the two installers of the shed were a credit to the company. Nothing was a bother and telephone calls were returned promptly and at times given. A truly professional company and have / would recommend Washingbay Sheds to anyone.
