Lin is AAAAMAZING I popped in today for a pedicure. I’m heavily pregnant and due in 2 days Lin really took care of my feet, gave me the most relaxing massage ever just what I needed! Excuse the swollen feet but feel super cute now. Thank you Lin I’ll definitely be back! Highly recommend

Hands down the best nail tech in Leeds. Attention to detail is amazing, and the owner has exceptionally high standards for all her clients. I have been going for 3 years and will never go anywhere else!

Horror nails!! Horror!!!! I asked for french tips and THIS is what I got!

So I went there, first time, to do my hands with shellac. First of all I said oval shape, and the guy did it squared and half a way I said to him please make it oval but I have lost the length already that I had but anyway. I was wanting them in like a burgundy colour which she started to paint but was not enough painting so she told me to change it so I change it for black, she used A LOT of product on the nails so three days after they’re cracking and they look so thick and wavy. I am not going to return. Before doing this review I tried to call them 6 times to talk with them about getting this fixed, there was no answer.

Appointment only, even though when I tried to book on Instagram, they said to just walk in! I did and got turned away.

Always so happy with my nails, they last and always done to the best quality. The owner is also so so talented, her designs are amazing!

The workers are very rude , the next day after getting my nails done one of my nails broke and a couple days after another broke. What ever they use on your nails isn’t good and the way they do your nails is not properly the gel drips everywhere they have no control of the brush what so ever. It’s a waste of time and money. The nails are not worth £35 ,save your self the chaos.

I visited the first time and the main lady Lynn soo rude to new customers coming through the door despite having good English!She then had a beautiful black lady student refuse to be treated by a male technician / scruff called Jimmy!The girl was made to wait a long time to be served by Lynn. At the end the girl who was very articulate refused to pay the whole amount. Lynn threatened her with the Police!!I was given the same man. He was horrid he was tugging my hands and glaring at me. I felt intimidated.I complained to Lynn and stuck up for the black girl. She couldn’t have cared less. Another young girl complained at how much she was being charged/ no pricing in sight/ is that not illegal ?she said that she would never go back.I went back because I liked the place and the job better than the dirty nail bar on the other side of the street.Lynn was expensive but at this point I was happy. Soon,however I returned and she told me that Jimmy no longer worked for her. Phew!I requested a new set of acrylics.She soaked my nails but she then began using a tool to snap off the old acrylics, instead of it all being melted off.I told her not to do that but she didn’t listen I was busy talking to my Niece. I requested a clear acrílyc on my nails with clear varnish. All that you could see was the red horizontal lines where she had ripped off the old acrylics and the top layers of my nails.I actually felt that she had assaulted me and I sent her a text to say so. She failed to reply.I then chose to return to a new salon in Headingley and the male technician there who was trying to take Lynn’s acrylics off asked “Did we put this product on?”I replied “ No “ then “ why? ”He answered“ these acrylics will not melt “Lynn had used fake products on my ripped nails!Do not trust her she assaulted me.I should have threatened her with the Police!
